Terms & Conditions

1. Who you are contracting with

These terms are an agreement between you and Amol Kumawat, a sole trader based in Austria, trading as "VentureKit" ("we", "us"), who sells the digital products on this website, including the DietitianDesk kits. Contact: support@venturekit.app.

2. Acceptance

By buying, downloading or continuing to use our products or website, you agree to these terms. You must be of legal age, or have authority to bind the organisation you buy for.

3. Products

We sell downloadable digital products: templates, checklists, playbooks and workflows. They are general business resources and are not medical, legal, tax or financial advice. Check them against the rules that apply to your practice.

4. Payments and our reseller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund terms are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms.

5. Licence

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the products in your own work. The Pro tier adds use with your own clients. You may not resell, redistribute or publish the files as your own product.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the website or products:

• for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or for spam;
• to infringe anyone's intellectual property;
• to interfere with security, including malware, probing, scraping or bypassing technical limits.

7. Intellectual property

We keep ownership of the website, the products, their content and branding. Buying a product grants a licence, not ownership.

8. Service level and warranties

We do not guarantee the website or downloads will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, products are provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or data. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Disputes go to the competent courts of Austria, without removing any consumer protection rights you have where you live.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version shown at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
