Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all orders. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email on your receipt, or email us at support@venturekit.app and we'll arrange it.

When you'll get your money

Once approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method. It usually appears within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
