Who is responsible

Amol Kumawat, a sole trader based in Austria, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact: support@venturekit.app.

What we collect and why

• Name and email: to deliver your purchase and receipts, and for support (contract performance).
• Account login details, if you create an account: to give you access (contract performance).
• Support messages: to answer you (contract performance / legitimate interests).
• Usage data, device details and IP address: to keep the site secure, prevent fraud and improve it (legitimate interests).
• Marketing emails, only if you opt in (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).

Card and payment details are collected by Paddle, not by us.

Who we share it with

• Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of products, payments, tax compliance and invoicing;
• service providers that host and run this website and its email;
• professional advisers (legal, accounting) where needed;
• authorities, where the law requires it.

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the EEA. Where they do, we rely on adequacy decisions or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as tax law requires (in Austria usually 7 years). Other data is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you can ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or port your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent. We reply within one month. You can also complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde, dsb.gv.at).

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and access controls.

Cookies

We only use essential cookies and local storage needed for sign-in and checkout. We do not use advertising cookies.
